They can stop you from doing the things you want to do and create fear and anxiety especially if your bowels are unpredictable!

As an individual with coeliac disease, I am well acquainted with the challenges of experiencing gastrointestinal issues and reduced energy levels.

The gut is a vital component of the human body.

It serves as a powerhouse that affects various body functions, including the mind, sleep, and immune system. When the gut is not in harmony, it can significantly impact your overall health and wellbeing.

As a practitioner, my approach involves prioritising my clients' nutritional health by ensuring they receive a well-balanced diet.

I guide clients through the Low FODMAP diet trial (for IBS), a high fibre diet (For Diverticular Disease) or gluten free diet (for Coeliac Disease).

My clients have experienced significant success in resolving their gut issues by rebalancing their eating habits, restoring and maintaining their gut microbiome, and implementing the FODMAP diet where necessary.

    I have learnt so much from the Nutrition and Mindset program. It has helped me so much with my binge eating and the understanding of having a balanced diet and a freedom of food! I used to stress so much about my eating and it controlled me everyday, and the aftermath of that is I would try to be “healthy” (restricting any sort of sugar) and then immediately give up and binge eat. But now I can eat anything I want without guilt, and I feel comfortable in my body. I have also improved my gut health, after assessing my diet and realising I needed more fruit and vegetables. I’m so glad I completed this program, I feel so content with my eating now!
