As a triathlete, I understand the difficulties that come with under-eating and its impact on performance. However, by adjusting my eating habits and being mindful of proper nutrition, I’ve managed to boost my energy levels and prevent burnout.

These changes have enabled me to excel in my training sessions, recover at a quicker rate and maintain a consistent level of high-intensity training each week.

How it works

During a 60-minute consultation, I will identify areas in need of improvement by:

  • Assessing your current training level

  • Examining your medical history & supplements / medication usage

  • Examining blood test results and dietary habits

    I told my doctor I then got input from Mattea to increase my carbohydrates to reduce my craving for food just before I go to bed. The input from you has increased my energy - from eating more carbohydrates and more fruit, it stopped the night time cravings

    I have learnt so much from the Nutrition and Mindset program. It has helped me so much with my binge eating and the understanding of having a balanced diet and a freedom of food! I used to stress so much about my eating and it controlled me everyday, and the aftermath of that is I would try to be “healthy” (restricting any sort of sugar) and then immediately give up and binge eat. But now I can eat anything I want without guilt, and I feel comfortable in my body. I have also improved my gut health, after assessing my diet and realising I needed more fruit and vegetables. I’m so glad I completed this program, I feel so content with my eating now!
