Nasi Goreng Rice
This paste packs a punch so if you’re looking for a way to jazz an already super quick dinner, give this a shot!
Ingredients: 2 cups of finely diced mixed vegetables- I used carrots, broccoli stems and some heads, onion, and mushrooms. 2 cups of cooked and cooled rice 500gms of chopped chicken thighs 1 jar of @ayamaustralia nasi goreng rice paste To garnish: Peanuts Sesame seeds Fresh coriander Fried egg
Method: In a hot pan fry off chicken for a few minutes, add in paste according to taste (I used half a jar) and complete cooking chicken. Turn in vegetables and stir fry. Add rice and heat. Serve with all the garnishes you desire and enjoy!
