Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients:

2 cans of chickpeas

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1/2 cup of oat flour

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 cup medjool dates- pitted

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 white choc chips

Method:

Blend dates and chickpeas roughly in a food processor.

Add remaining ingredients except chocolate and blend till smooth. Stir in white choc chips and transfer to baking paper lined tray. Bake for 20 mins then let cool before removing from tray. Slice and serve
