Ingredients:

4 eggs

1/2 cup of milk of choice

1/4 butternut pumpkin

100gms halumi

1 bunch of spinach/kale

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fry chopped onion and garlic, add destemmed greens till wilted. Place to the side to cool.

Mix eggs, milk, seasonings and chopped pumpkin and halumi.

Stir in cooked greens mix then decant into a baking paper lined tray.

Bake for 30-40 mins at 180 depending on oven.

Serve immediately or store in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
