Yoghurt bark
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of yoghurt
4 pieces dark chocolate
1/2 tsp coconut oil
4-5 strawberries
Method:
Spread yoghurt about 1/2 an inch thick on parchment paper on a solid surface (a baking pan is good so long as it fits in the freezer)
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and swirl through surface of yoghurt.
Sprinkle on chopped or sliced strawberries.
Freeze till solid and break/chop into pieces
