Pickled Radishes

Pickled radishes

1 cup water

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tbs of sugar

1 garlic clove

Bay leaf

Peppercorns

Thinly slice radishes and layer with peppercorns, bay, and thickly sliced garlic clove in a clean jar. Bring remaining ingredients to a simmer and pour over radish mix. Tightly seal with lid and let cool before storing in fridge.
