Jam Drop Cookies

Jam drop cookies

2 cups almond flour

1/4 cup of coconut oil

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Salt to taste

Jam of choice

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into balls and place on a baking paper lined tray. Make small indent in the top of cookies and dollop small amount of jam.

Bake for 10 mins at 180degrees

Let cool, then enjoy.
