Burrata Bruschetta

Ingredients

1-2 pizza bases

Burrata bruschella

Fresh basil

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes or tomato slices

1 burrata cheese ball

4-5 cloves of garlic- minced

Good quality olive oil- I used @diana_olive_oil

Salt

Method:

Spread garlic and a good slog of olive oil evenly across the pizza base and bake till golden and crispy. Watch it closely so the garlic doesn't burn. Slice tomatoes and tear fresh basil generously over the base. Assemble the cheese in centre and slice open. Sprinkle with salt and more olive oil. Serve with a butter knife to spread cheese on individual slices.
