Chia Seed Pudding
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener
Optional toppings: Strawberries or any other fruits of your choice
Method
1. Pour ingredients into a jar/container and mix well. Let it settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again well until you see no clumping or chunks.
2. Cover the jar/container and store in fridge overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
3. When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favourite fruit and/or a dollop of yoghurt, or simply enjoy cold on its own!
