Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

1 onion

1/2 head of garlic

4 potatoes

1 can creamed corn

1 litre of stock

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup plant based milk

1 tblsp corn flour

3 tablespoons water or stock

Dried basil & thyme

Method:

Fry off diced onion and garlic

Add potatoes and stock and boil till potatoes are tender. Add milk, creamed corn, seasoning and peas. Mix water/stock and cornflour to make a smooth slurry and add to pan. Bring back to temperature and let simmer till slightly thickened and serve while hot.
