Date ice creams
Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
6-8 dates
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup cashews
Method:
Simply add ingredients to a jug and blend till smooth. Pour into moulds and freeze overnight. Optional: coat in chocolate, for added crunch mix in buckwheat groats.
Note to add: if you don’t have moulds, don’t stress. Pour mix into a bowl and place in freezer. To keep silky stir every 1.5 hours for 4 times.
