Granola
Ingredients:
3 cups of oats
1/4 cup Pepitas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup chia seed
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 dried apricot
1/2 cup of peanut butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients except for apricot in a bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl.
Combine the two. Pour onto parchment paper and bake at 180 for 10-15 mins tossing when golden. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Add in apricots at the end and store in an airtight container when cool.
