Mango and Cashew Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup of dried mango
1/2 cup of cashews
1/4 cups of coconut
Method:
If your mango is particularly dry soak in warm water for 5-10 mins then drain.
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processer and pulse to combine.
Form into balls and roll in a mixture of coconut and hemp seeds.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
