Seed and oat bread
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup almonds
3/4 cup flax seeds
1/3 cup psyllium husk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 cups water
Mix all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and stir to combine. Add to bread pan and let sit in fridge for at least 4 hours to bind and thicken.
Bake for 1 hour at 180. Wrap in foil for first 40 mins if your oven cooks quickly to avoid too much darkening around edges.
