Simple Baked Beans

Let’s learn to simplify meals. Handy ingredients that we can have ready and assemble simply, because we all need the extra brain space these days. Here’s my version of a simple baked beans

Ingredients:

1 can butter beans

1 cup of cherry tomatoes

2 garlic cloves

1/2 tsp dried basil

1-2 tbs olive oil

Optional:

Crusty bread to serve

Method:

Drain and rinse beans. Combine with tomatoes, dried basil, oil and peeled garlic cloves. Bake for 20 minutes till bubbly, burst and juicy. Enjoy with a side of crusty bread to absorb all those beautiful juices a balsamic glaze is a delicious flavourful addition too
