Weetbix Bliss Balls

Throw half a scoop of protein in here and you can basically label them breakfast balls

Ingredients: 1 cup medjool dates 1/4 cup sultanas 1/2 cup dedicated coconut + extra for coating 5 @weetbixau- I used the gluten free ones 2 tbs chia seeds 1 tbs honey 2 tbs water

Method: Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blitz till combined. Roll into balls or press into a lined pan. Coat in coconut and enjoy!
